My client, a major blue chip client based in the central belt are currently seeking a high level Systems Development Team Leader to be based from their state of the art offices in the central belt of Scotland.
Role
This role is a team leader position with 80% of the role being team management with the other 20% being hands on.
You will undertake specific projects or project components, as defined by the CRM Manager and take responsibility for achieving agreed objectives agreed with him*her
To manage an efficient and effective interactive technology development unit to support technical requirements
To construct and agree clear objectives for your team and with the Business Integration team
To ensure that rdiant team has access to the necessary resources to develop and maintain cutting edge products and services to support the strategy
To agree human resource planning for technical projects in conjunction with your Manager and other stakeholders
To compile transparent management information data to enable effective measurement of the development success
To build effective relationships across IT and other business areas
To work with the Business Integration team to understand future demand for future CRM development
Required Skills
Team Management of 10+ Developers.
Development and Design knowledge in
Java, Java Swing and J2EE frameworks
Oracle, SQL, MQ Series.
